  • NCE has first lien on property.
  • All of our projects are Educational business related (Daycare, Kindergarten, and School).
WHILE OTHERS HAVE
  • Larger projects, which means harder to manage and more risk of failure. 
  • Less control over management of the projects.
  • Projects that use this program as their 3rd, 4th, or more… loan on the property.
  • No NCE priority on the lien, making it a less secure investment.
